Opening Times
Admission to the Acropolis depends on the time selected during the booking process.
Free & Reduced Admission
The following visitors are entitled to free admission (with supporting documentation)
- Children under 5 years old
- EU citizens under 24 years old
- Non-EU citizens under 18 years old
- Visitors over 65 years old from Greece or other EU or European Economic Area Member States
- EU and non-EU citizens with a disability (67% or more) and an accompanying person
Non-EU citizens over 65 years old can get in at a reduced rate.
These tickets must be acquired directly at the monument's ticket office with a valid ID card and do not include an audio guide.
Please note that the Acropolis operates on a time-slot system, so it's a good idea to plan your visit in advance to ensure you can enter at your desired time.
