Finally, we'll return to the city and say our goodbyes at the departure point after a total of 12 hours.
2-Day Trip
If you'd like to spend a night in the rainforest, we recommend booking the 2-day trip. In this case, after seeing the sunset in Indichuris, we'll return to the Coto Cocha community, where we'll stay in cabins.
Once there, we'll have dinner and get ready for a night walk. A unique opportunity to observe the Amazonian fauna and flora under the stars! After this experience, we'll return to the cabins to rest.
The next day, we'll begin a traditional eastern Ecuadorian breakfast, the best fuel for a day full of surprises! Refuelled, we'll hike to the Escondida waterfall, a hidden corner in the vegetation where you'll have time to take a dip and relax in the middle of nature.
After this refreshing experience, we'll visit a local house where we'll learn about the artisanal process of making organic chocolate. From the harvesting of the cocoa to the final product, you'll be amazed!
