On this day trip to Lake Braies, we'll visit one of the most popular destinations in the Dolomites. You'll fall in love with this Italian paradise!
At the indicated time, we'll meet at the meeting point of your choice and set off for our first stop at Lake Braies. Did you know that it's one of the most visited places in the province of Bolzano and that it's known as the jewel of the Dolomites?
Surrounded by imposing mountains, the lake dazzles everyone who visits it at any time of the year. With its flowery meadows in spring, its autumnal colours between September and November, or in winter, when its waters freeze over and the peaks of the Dolomites turn white, it's a landscape that's impossible to forget!
In addition, we'll take a short walk to a refuge in the area, where we'll enjoy beautiful views of the lake and, those who wish, will be able to enjoy a tasting of typical products on their own.
Afterwards, you'll have 3.5 hours of free time to take some photos and walk along the path that surrounds the lake. You'll also be able to take a break to grab some lunch by the shore of the lake.
From there, we'll start our way back to the starting point, which will take between 3.5 and 4 hours. Finally, our day trip will come to an end after a total of 16 hours.
