On this hiking route through the fields of Criúva, we'll get to know the legends of the local folklore and the gastronomy of Rio Grande do Sul. Not to be missed!
At the appointed time we'll pick you up at your hotel in Caxias do Sul, from where we'll start this night hike through the Criúva fields. Ready for an adventure?
First, we'll learn about the local products in front of the town's church. We'll continue with a guided tour of the beautiful fields and farms in the area, where you'll immerse yourself in the culture of the inmigrants from Portugal.
After a quick stroll through the fields of Criúva, we'll head toward the Cañón de Palanquinhos to enjoy the stunning views. The tour will continue with a visit to the Memorial Os Bertussi, dedicated to the first singers who introduced the harmonica in Rio Grande do Sul.
When the sun has already set behind the horizon, we'll continue with a night walk through the fields of Criúva while the guide tells us the most famous folklore legends of the area.
And to round off this experience we'll enjoy a delicious moonlit dinner with typical dishes such as 'mateiro' rice and melted cheese. And best of all, everything will be prepared on traditional iron griddles and accompanied by the best wine!
Finally, after nine hours we'll conclude the tour by returning to your hotel.
