El palacio merece la pena. Nuestra guía Armida nos atendió con mucho cariño, se notaba que le gustaba lo que nos explicaba y nos hizo la visita muy amena. Incluso nos acompaño a la exposición de trajes en distintas épocas. Muy recomendable. Hicimos los jardines Borgese por nuestra cuenta y nos decepcionó un poco. Nunca se presentó el guía, no atendió los llamados. Fuimos hasta la agencia ya que tampoco atendía los llamados y no existía en la dirección que figura online. Un desastre, nos perdimos de ver el Palacio. No contrato nunca más a civitatis ya que subcontrata proveedores irresponsables. Una estafa total .

The guide never showed up and didn't answer our calls. We went to the agency because they weren't answering calls either, and the address listed online didn't exist. It was a disaster; we missed seeing the Palace. I will never hire Civitatis again because they subcontract to irresponsible suppliers. A total scam.
