At the indicated time, we'll meet at the stairs of the La Lieutenance building, next to the statue of Samuel de Champlain, to start this food tour of Honfleur.
After a brief introduction, we'll head to Place Sainte-Catherine to visit Honfleur's open-air market, which is held every Saturday morning.
During the market tour, we'll visit different stalls to taste traditional products from Normandy. Among the main specialities are ciders and Calvados wines. In addition, Camembert and Pont-l'Évêque cheeses are very popular, as well as andouille de Vire, a typical sausage.
