Notre transfert était prévu à 18h. Nous nous sommes présentés à 17h45. Le bateau était parti sans nous, il était en fait à 17h30. Nous avons dû payer le bateau de 18h30. La navette nous avait heureusement attendus. Mais arrivés à Rio il a voulu nous laisser très loin de notre logement, alors que j'avais indiqué l'adresse. Il a bien voulu nous amener à l'adresse indiquée mais nous a finalement laissés à 2 rues de celle ci.

Our transfer was scheduled for 6 PM. We arrived at 5:45 PM. The boat had left without us; it actually departed at 5:30 PM. We had to pay for the 6:30 PM boat. Fortunately, the shuttle had waited for us. But upon arriving in Rio, he wanted to drop us off very far from our accommodation, even though I had provided the address. Pésimo. Civitatis da una hora, pero el transfer la cambia por WhatsApp el día antes. Exigen puntualidad pero llegan 30 min tarde y dicen tener 45 min de margen, aunque si tú te retrasas 5, te dejan. Cobran 80 € por ir como sardinas y tardar 4 h 30 min en un trayecto de 2 h 30 min. No seáis pardillos: un Uber cuesta unos 50 €, es puntual, cómodo y te recoge y deja en la puerta.

Terrible. Civitatis gives you a time, but the transfer company changes it via WhatsApp the day before. They demand punctuality, but they're 30 minutes late and claim to have a 45-minute buffer, although if you're 5 minutes late, they'll let you. They charge €80 for being packed like sardines and taking 4 hours and 30 minutes for a 2-hour-30-minute journey. Don't be a sucker: an Uber costs around €50, is punctual, convenient, and picks you up and drops you off at the door.

La noche anterior tuve que enviar Whatsup yo al número que aparece en el baucher porque no me mandaron ningún mensaje para reconfirmar hora y lugar(como siempre hacéis). El punto de encuentro era el embarcadero(lleno de gente y 5filas distintas),sin saber cuál era la nuestra.la chica apareció 1 minuto antes del embarque y al llegar a la Marina puerto real NO aparecía mi nombre. Agradecer al chofer que igual nos subió porque sino nos quedamos tirados allí. Muy mala gestión.

No aparecía nuestro nombre en la lista y no querían hacernos el traslado. Luego, como no nos tenían en cuenta, todo se retardó y tuvimos que ir en un coche apretados. Además el número de contacto no me respondió hasta las 17h de la tarde, cuando el trayecto era a las 10h de la mañana. Nos sentimos muy descuidados y mal atendidos. El mejor el conductor, que hizo el trayecto muy bien.

Très bien pour l organisation et la prise en charge! Le bateau très bien! Mais alors le chauffeur pour rentrer à Rio… un danger public ! Il a passé la moitié de la route à lire et écrire des messages au téléphone sans regarder la route. Engendrant des accélérations et des freinages inutiles des coups de volant pour revenir sur sa voie de circulation. Rouler tout doucement quant il lit des messages puis faire des accélérations et des slaloms… J ai eu peur pour ma famille .
