With your ticket, you'll take the BOB (Berner Oberland-Bahn) train from the Interlaken Ost station.
The train will take you to Lauterbrunnen or Grindelwald, whichever you prefer. From Lauterbrunnen, you'll have to take a cog railway to the summit of Jungfraujoch, while from Grindelwald the route to the summit is on board the Eiger Express cable car.
Trains between Interlaken and Jungfraujoch run several times a day. You can check their respective schedules on the official websites of Jungfraujoch and the Swiss railway company SBB.
