Unas pocas horas antes de la excursión, el operador envió mensajes dónde indicaba que debíamos comprar los accesos a los sitios. Informé que mi reserva los incluía y me informaron que hablara con Civitatis ya que ese no era su tema. No pude comunicarme con Civitatis, hablar con un representante. Finalmente el operador hizo las gestiones y verificó que los boletos estaban incluidos. Me sorprendió la descoordinacion y la postura inicial. Es un tema a mejorar

Tour ben organizzato, avrei preferito un pranzo più “veloce” ed evitato la sosta nella bottega degli artigiani del rame. Nel complesso sono soddisfatto! Lo peor: Te convocan a las 5.40 y llegan media hora tarde. Después de 3 excursiones contratadas con ellos, nos pasó lo mismo y entendemos que es la tónica. Te obligan a comer en el restaurante que ellos quieren. Lo mejor: el guia fue un crack y el recorrido merece la pena.

Decepcionante. Explicaciones casi inexistentes, del guia-conductor Ariel en los lugares de interés. Lo más triste fue en Acre: dos minutos de introducción a los templarios, 10 minutos de paseo por los recintos sin explicar nada, vuelta al mercado sin parar y a comer. Lamentable

Intéressant, mais trop de temps pour les boutiques et le déjeuner. En retour nous avons dû prendre le taxi pour renter à Jérusalem. 1 taxi pour 5personnes.Seulement on devait faire le tour de tous les hôtels pour enfin prendre le taxi.c était fatiguant et le chauffeur très desagreable .Il a demandé un supplément qu on a refusé donc il est devenu agressif verbalement.

Bienas tardes..hoy he tenido un inconveniente al iniciar mi actividad. Fui notificado ayer por mail nuestra excursion donde se me indicaba domicilio de recogida en rafael residence de 06 a 0630..alli estube a 0600 hs. 0616 hs me llaman ( numero de arg) diciendome q la recogida era en little house bak. En mi opinión es una excursión demasiado amplia para un solo día, demasiados sitios a visitar y poco poco tiempo en cada uno. Es una excursión muy guiada en la que no se tiene tiempo para saborear los diferentes lugares por uno mismo. Me quedó un mal sabor de boca, al tener que marchar de Acre sin poder ver toda la fortaleza cruzada ni el histórico puerto, en su lugar hubiera prescindido de los jardines de Haiffa y Rosh Hanikra.

Un guía no debe cobrar propina por hacer bien su trabajo, que es su deber y no hay que dársela por hacer su trabajo al igual que no se da propina a otros profesionales por hacer bien su trabajo. Del precio de la excursión tiene que salir el salario justo e íntegro del guía. Que el guía tenga que completar su salario con propinas es un robo del empresario que quiere ahorrarse pagar y declarar el salario justo del guía a costa de un sobrecargo extra al cliente que ya pagó la excursión.

Primero que todo es confusa la reserva, de momentos dice inglés y español y de momentos solo inglés. Y termino siendo inglés y francés. Mí voucher dice inglés y español. Demasiadas personas ,así de 30, y dos idiomas se pierde mucho tiempo. La guía comenzaba a hablar antes que llegáramos todos, nos perdimos gran parte de las explicaciones. El grupo hizo la queja de ello, y de que además se extendía mucho más en francés. Se enojo y no continuamos con toda la visita de la fortaleza de Acre.
