We combine music, dance and exhibitions in this tour of Joinville's museums and theatres, an important cultural destination in Santa Catarina.
Description
At the time indicated, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Joinville to start our tour of the main cultural sights in this population destination in Santa Catarina.
The first stop will be the National Immigration and Colonisation Museum. Here we'll discover what daily life was like in Dona Francisco town, a German colony that gave rise to the current city of Joinville. As well as the main building, the museum has a traditional house with a wooden framework, an auditorium and a shed to store farm implements.
After exploring the museum, we'll head to the Juárez Machado Theatre to visit the School of the Bolshoi Theatre in Brazil. This Moscow affiliate theatre is the only one located outside of Russia. During our visit around the school, we'll see how the dancers who want to become world stars train and rehearse.
We'll continue our tour around the cultural centres in Joinville in the Dance Museum. In its exhibition, we'll see a large collection of costumes, props and other elements that have been used in different shows.
The last stop of our tour will take place at the International Institute Juárez Machado, a cultural centre dedicated to the arts and stage shows, where talented youths from Joinville and elsewhere in Brazil and the world can rehearse and unleash their creativity.
Finally, after a 3-hour tour, we'll finish by returning to your hotel.
