On this day trip, we'll make our way south to discover the dunes of Marapé. A paradise filled with fauna and flora where the river meets the sea.
At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Maceió to begin a trip that will take us to discover an impressive ecosystem in the state of Alagoas: the Marapé Dunes. They'll blow you away!
We'll hop on the vehicle and travel 65 kilometres (40 miles), where we'll drive along the coast of Alagoas and pass by the famous Jequiá da Praia municipality.
Once we're close to the dunes, we'll board a boat and travel down the Jequiá River, the only way to reach these spectacular dunes. After 10 minutes, we'll reach our destination.
As soon as we reach the Marapé Dunes, you'll be amazed by the ecological paradise that lies between the Duas Barras Beach and the Jequiá River. The mangroves surrounding this area are home to an incredible variety of native fauna and flora that will surprise you.
At the dunes, you can take the opportunity to enjoy a buffet lunch, enjoy the warm waters, and even participate in the activities offered here. Drive on an off-roading vehicle to Falésias de Jacarecica do Sul, a boat trip along the Jequiá River, and a mud bath.
Lastly, we'll finish this trip by dropping you off at your hotel after 10 hours.
