Day Trip Details

After meeting at the designated time on the day of the activity, we'll leave Marrakech behind and hit the road in the direction of Ouzoud, in the province of Azilal. During the 3-hour trip, we'll pass through various villages in the interior of Morocco and take in the local life and landscapes.

Once we arrive at the Ouzoud Waterfalls, we'll enjoy a tour of the area with an English-speaking guide. This is a place of great diversity, where we'll see monkeys and other animals.

Plus, we'll give you some free time to enjoy the local cuisine at the food stands nearby. If you're hot and not afraid of cold water, you can take a refreshing dip in the El-Abid River! You'll be enchanted by the beautiful landscapes surrounding you.

Finally, we'll return to Marrakech, arriving 10 hours after pickup.

Self-Guided Day Trip

If you’d rather explore this natural setting at your own pace, this option includes round-trip transportation from Marrakech only. You’ll have free time to walk along the trails, enjoy lunch by the water, or take a dip in the river, all on your own schedule.

Guided Day Trip

This is the perfect option for those who want to make the most of their visit. Along with transport, you'll have an English-speaking guide who will accompany you along the trails of the waterfalls, show you the best viewpoints, and help you interact with the famous macaques that inhabit the area.

Guided Day Trip + Boat Ride

Want to enjoy the full experience? This option includes a guided tour and a 30-minute ride on a traditional boat. You’ll get an up-close look at the power and mist of the 360 feet (110 meters) waterfall—a unique perspective that can only be experienced from the river itself.

Pickup Points

The pickup point will depend on the place you're staying:

If you're staying outside of the Medina in Marrakech, we'll pick you up at KFC Marrakech, the Moulay El Yazid Mosque, the Monamed V Riad Laarouss School, the Abdelmoumen School, and the Bab Doukkala Pharmacy. During the booking process, you can choose your preferred pickup point.
If you're staying outside of the Medina (old town), we'll pick you up for free from your hotel or riad, as long as your hotel is within the city of Marrakech.
If your hotel is on the outskirts of Marrakech, pickup will include a supplement of between 10EUR and 40EUR per person, depending on the area.
