No fue una buena excursión. estuvimos en tres puntos de la ciudad y en cada uno la guía se quedaba 40 minutos. Solo fueron los últimos 10 minutos para asistir a la Iglesia María de Gracia. Además tuve que aceptar el cambio en el idioma ya que de lo contrario me quedaba sin visita. Tienen que revisar estos aspectos. Ya hice dos excursiones en Torino y fueron muy bien

It wasn't a good tour. We visited three different parts of the city, and the guide stayed for 40 minutes at each one. She only stayed for the last 10 minutes to visit the Church of Maria di Grazia. I also had to accept the change in language, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to continue the tour. They need to review these aspects. BIanca es una persona que sabe mucho, que tiene experiencia, que cuenta un montón de curiosidades muy interesantes, fue muy amable y simpática. Como pega, nos costó tener claro el punto de encuentro, ya que en la descripción ponía en las galerías, frente a la librería, pero luego el maps te envía a la calle de atrás. Nosotros llegamos con mucho margen, y a y media seguía sin haber nadie allí, dimos mil vueltas pensando que teníamos mal la dirección, y al final todo bien, pero... confuso.

Bianca is a very knowledgeable and experienced person who shared a lot of interesting tidbits. She was very kind and friendly. The only downside was that we had trouble figuring out the meeting point. The description said it was in the galleries, opposite the bookstore, but then the map directed us to the street behind it. We arrived with plenty of time to spare, and yay, halfway through the day, nobody was there. We drove around a lot thinking we had the wrong address, and in the end, everything was fine, but... confusing.

La pintura una maravilla pero la guía y sus explicaciones bastante regular. No se le entendía nada y las explicaciones no me gustaron. Relación calidad precio carísima. El horario de la visita a las 14.15 en pleno verano y ola de calor un auténtico error.

Hacía mucho calor y la guía tenía demasiada información, nosotros pagamos 75€ por una niña de 3 años, para mi gusto, no merece la pena, estas compañías cogen todas las entradas oficiales para que tengas que morir en sus tours pagando lo que ellos quieran, no me gustó

La actividad empezó a las 14 h y duró tres horas, ya que hasta las 16.45 no fuimos a ver La última Cena. La guía turística, perfecta, lo que quiero recomendar a la gente es que se lleve un buen sombrero, agua y, a ser posible, una silla, porque cuando llega la visita más deseada, la última parada de la excursión, estás tan cansado de estar de pie y acalorado, que casi no lo disfrutas como deberías. Una lástima.

The tour started at 2 pm and lasted three hours, as we didn't see The Last Supper until 4:45 pm. The tour guide was excellent. My advice is to bring a good hat, water, and, if possible, a chair, because when you arrive at the most anticipated stop, the last stop of the tour, you're so tired from standing and so hot that you hardly enjoy it as much as you should. A real shame.

La guía, Blanca, buenísima. Recomendable 100%. No así, y aunque no es lugar ni momento -lo sé-, que cancelen un tour (Navigli) por no cubrir mínimo de personas. Un viaje de fin de semana a Milán se prepara con mucha antelación adaptando no sólo vuelos y estancia sino visitas. Tener prevista una y que la revoquen por número insuficiente resulta absolutamente despreciable tanto el proveedor Golden Experience Tours como por Civitatis por consentirlo. Y no es la primera vez.
