Want to discover the jewel of the Tyrrhenian Sea? On this day trip to Capri and Anacapri, we'll sail across the Gulf of Naples to take in dream-like landscapes, elegant alleyways, and the most spectacular views on the island from the Monte Solaro chairlift.
Day Trip Details
At the designated time, we'll meet at the port of Naples, right in front of Bar Picnic. Once everyone's together, we'll board a ferry and set off on an approximately 1-hour crossing over the blue waters of the gulf. Get ready to enjoy the coastal views!
On arriving at the port of Capri, a minibus will be waiting to take us up to Anacapri. This area, set in the highest part of the island, is known for its peace and authentic charm. Here we'll have one of the highlights of the day: the chairlift ride up to Monte Solaro.
From the summit, 589 m (1,932 ft) above sea level, the panoramic views of the Faraglioni rocks, the coastline, and the vast Tyrrhenian Sea will leave you speechless. Without a doubt, the most breathtaking viewpoint in Capri!
After coming back down, you'll have 1 hour and 15 minutes of free time in Anacapri to stroll through its picturesque streets, sample the local cuisine, and browse the artisan craft shops.
We'll then continue by minibus to the elegant center of Capri, where luxury and history go hand in hand. You'll have time to explore the famous Piazzetta at your own pace, wander through lanes lined with exclusive boutiques, and of course, take in the views from the Gardens of Augustus.
Finally, we'll head back to the port of Capri for one last stretch of free time before boarding the ferry back to our starting point in Naples, where we'll say our goodbyes after a total of 8 hours out and about.
