Cooking Class Details
At the designated time, we'll meet at Via dell'Università, 6.2 m (10 km) from Naples. We'll walk toward the Royal Palace of Portici, one of the three residences of the former Bourbon King of Naples. History and culinary traditions will come together in this fantastic experience!
We'll reach the palace and explore its rooms, admiring the richly decorated walls and painted ceilings of the Bourbon residence. Plus, you'll discover the chapters that marked its history, as well as the royal family's anecdotes who lived here. Did you know it houses the Agronomy Faculty of the University of Naples Federico II?
After this 2-hour guided tour, we'll return to the initial starting point to start our Neapolitan cooking class. Once we've all arrived, to start in the best way possible, we'll enjoy a welcome glass of Prosecco. Afterward, we'll roll up our sleeves and get to work. This Neapolitan cooking class will provide all the necessary ingredients needed to begin cooking. It's time to grab our aprons and light the stove!
The dish we prepare will vary depending on the season and can include homemade gnocchi, fresh pasta, pizza, seabream with friarielli, meatballs with Sunday-style Neapolitan sauce...In any case, you'll have the best time cooking and learning!
Once we've finished making the dish, we'll enjoy our culinary creation paired with a glass of wine, water, and Neapolitan coffee. Additionally, we'll award you a diploma with the recipe so you can recreate it at home and surprise all your friends and family with your cooking expertise.
After eating, we'll say our goodbyes, concluding this flavorful experience of 4.5 to 5 hours.
