The circuit of contrasts of the Castilla Termal Monasterio de Valbuena spa resort takes place in the Chapel of San Pedro, a recreation of the treasure chapel of the ancient monastery in which the spa is located.
The decorations with Gothic frescoes of this place will be your companions during the circuit through both wet and dry spaces, marked by contrasts of cold and heat which will help you eliminate toxins and purify your skin. You'll notice its benefits in both the respiratory and circulatory systems – your body will thank you for it.
You'll feel how calm and silence invade the interior of the Chapel of San Pedro while you go through the mineral-medicinal water pools, the steam baths, the showers with two temperatures, and the dry and mixed saunas.
