What Is Futuroscope?
Located on the outskirts of the French city of Poitiers, Futuroscope is currently the second most visited theme park in the country. Its attraction resides in its interactive multimedia spaces dedicated to scientific investigation and state-of-the-art technology.
The various attractions, shows, and games make this a fun scientific learning experience.
Park Areas
Futuroscope you'll find:
- First in Europe: this space is home to “The Extraordinary Journey”, an attraction that uses a platform that tilts up to 90 degrees. The spectator sits in front of a giant curved screen.
- Strong sensations: Among them, Target Mars, Futuroscope's first roller coaster, where you'll be able to face solar flames and electromagnetic fields. Do you want to test if you have the qualities of an astronaut?
- Great shows: performances using new technologies, such as Eclipse or the night show.
- Discovery: area discovered to the exploration of the unknown.
- Fun: an educational play area for the youngest members of the family.
- Mission Bermuda: a thrilling water attraction with special effects, rapids, fog and a 16-meter (52 ft) drop at over 60 km/h (37 mph) into the Bermuda Triangle.

And now you can enjoy a brand new area: Futuropolis, an area of the park with more than 21 activities for children. You'll fly using Leonardo da Vinci's famous machines, leap on water trampolines and even get to try an aquatic carousel! Types of Tickets
When you have made the reservation, you can choose if you want a ticket for 1, 2 or 3 consecutive days. Tickets for 2 or 3 consecutive days are only valid if the park is open on all the selected days. You can see the days when Futuroscope is closed on the park's official website.
Special Offer: 3 Days for the Price of 2
Until October 11, 2026, there's a special offer available. If you book the 3-day ticket to Futuroscope, you'll pay the same price as the 2-day ticket: the third day is free until said date.
Park Schedule
Futuroscope remains open for a large part of the year. Nevertheless, the timetable varies depending on the season. Depending on the month, the evening shows timetable can also change.
