Want to spend the day on idyllic islands? On this day trip to the Marino de Abrolhos National Park, we'll visit a beautiful archipelago on Bahia's south coast.
Day Trip Details
At dawn, we'll pick you up at the designated time from your hotel in Porto Seguro and, from there, we'll make our way south.
After about 4 hours of driving, which includes a light breakfast onboard the vehicle, we'll reach Caravelas as the morning is just starting. From this town, located on the southern coast of the state of Bahia, we'll hop on a catamaran and set sail.
We'll travel across the Atlantic Ocean for approximately 3.5 hours, before arriving at the Marino de Abrolhos National Park around 10 am. Disembarking on Ilha Siriba, one of the archipelago's main islands, you'll then have 5 hours of free time to enjoy its idyllic beaches and go snorkelling in its crystal-clear waters.
Once we get hungry, you'll be able to re-energise with a light lunch aboard the catamaran. Once your free time in Siriba comes to an end, we'll hop back onto the boat and sail around the other 5 islands that make up this archipelago before beginning our journey back to Caravelas, which will take around 3.5 hours.
After disembarking on Caravelas' dock, we'll drive back up north. This journey will take approximately 4 hours and you'll get to enjoy a small snack on the vehicle.
Lastly, we'll return to your hotel in Porto Seguro, where drop-off is estimated to take place after a total of 20 hours.
