Fancy spending a day among vineyards? We'll pick you up at the indicated time from your hotel in San Rafael to begin a journey to the south, where two of the region's most modern wineries are located. Let's go!
We'll first head to the El Nevado winery, located in the Mendoza desert. Here, we'll take a guided tour and learn how this privileged location influences the cultivation of an exceptional vine. At the end of the tour of El Nevado's facilities, we'll enjoy a tasting of three red wines, surrounded by landscapes that narrate the essence of San Rafael.
Next, we'll go in search of the Fow winery, a viticultural jewel dedicated to the process of microvinification of limited production and high range. This innovative winery stands out for its focus on the production of exclusive varietals, including the Bonarda grape variety.
During the visit, we'll learn all about the cultivation, the treatment of the vines and the maturation in amphorae. We'll also see the colonial-style manor house and, to round off the visit, we'll taste two red wines, a white wine and a rosé wine accompanied by a carefully selected cheese board.
Finally, we'll return to your hotel in San Rafael, where we'll say goodbye 6 hours after pickup.
