On this boat trip around Tavolara and Punta Coda Cavallo, we'll sail the Tyrrhenian Sea and explore the underwater beauty of Sardinia while snorkeling in its crystal-clear waters!
At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Port of San Teodoro, where the boat will be waiting for us to sail across the Tyrrhenian Sea towards the protected area of Tavolara and Punta Coda Cavallo.
We'll discover the natural beauty of the Tavolara archipelago, stopping at some of its highlights, such as Cala Brandichi, known as the "little Tahiti" because of its paradisiacal beaches reminiscent of those of French Polynesia.
Along the way, we'll pass by Punta Coda Cavallo, a promontory that crowns the archipelago, where the cliffs, Mediterranean vegetation, and panoramic views will leave you completely enchanted. Next, we'll arrive at Grotta del Forno, on the island of Proratora.
Our next stop will be at Capo Coda Cavallo, the perfect place for a final dip. You'll also dive beneath the limestone cliffs of the island of Tavolara.
Finally, we'll conclude the tour back at the starting point after a total of 3.5 hours.
If you want a more complete experience, you have the option of selecting a longer trip during the booking process. You'll get to see more things and spend a longer amount of time at each stop.
In this case, we'll begin the tour along La Cinta beach, the port of Puntaldia, and the crystal-clear waters of Lu Impustu. We'll stop first at Cala Brandinchi. Then, we'll continue the tour through Capo Coda Cavallo, the Grotta del Forno, and make a second stop on the island of Molara.
We'll continue the tour sailing under the cliffs of the island of Tavolara to visit the spectacular Gruta de la Catedral, a sea cave shaped by water and light. We'll dock at the Tavolara pier, and you'll have free time to relax at Cala Tramontana and eat at one of its restaurants.
This boat trip will go to all of the same places previously described. But after the break on Tavolara Island, we'll get back on the boat to continue our trip to Cala Girgolu and then make a stop at Turtle Rock to admire its remains. We'll then skirt around the beaches of Las Vacas and Rocas Planas to return to San Teodoro.
Finally, we'll head back to the starting point after 6 hours of trip.
