La Palma Enchanted Forest Hike
At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your chosen meeting point to begin this special hike through the Cubo de la Galga Enchanted Forest. Let's go!
We'll explore the paths of the forest dotted with enormous ferns and hundreds of trees (8 kilometres) that provide shade and give the forest its magical appearance. The walk will take us to the Somada Alta viewpoint, the highest point on the route (800 metres above sea level/ 2624 ft.), where, if the day is clear, you'll be able to see the islands of Tenerife and La Gomera and also the towns of Los Sauces and San Andrés in the distance. Truly stunning!
We will begin the descent, and during this part of the hike, we'll make our way past a small corner of the San Bartolomé viewpoint, between the Nogales and La Galga ravines. We'll also pass by La Montaña and Salto del Enamorado viewpoints, where we'll enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the eastern slopes of La Palma.
Finally, we'll say our goodbyes back at the starting point after around 4 hours together.

- At 9:30 am at the Mercadillo Puntallana
If you choose the option without transport, make your way to the car park at Cubo de La Galga at 9:45 am.
