Get to know the beauty of the Aeolian Islands with this day trip to Stromboli and Panarea by boat. Beautiful landscapes, crystal-clear waters, and unforgettable spots await you—you can't miss it!
Day Trip Details
We’ll meet at the tourist port of Santa Marina Salina at the scheduled time to begin a one-hour boat trip to our first destination of the day: Panarea.
Once we reach the coast, you’ll have two and a half hours of free time to relax on board or enjoy a refreshing swim in the area’s crystal-clear waters. Back on board, we’ll continue toward the islets of Dattilo and Lisca Bianca, where you’ll see the striking formations left by underwater volcanic eruptions.
Next, we’ll set course for Stromboli. On the way, we’ll pass the impressive Basiluzzo islet and cruise by Strombolicchio. Once we arrive at the port of Stromboli, you’ll have four hours of free time to explore the island at your own pace. We recommend heading up to San Vincenzo Church for great views or visiting the beaches of La Forgia Vecchia and Ficogrande for another dip in the sea.
To wrap up the day, we’ll get back on the boat and sail past the Sciara del Fuoco, where you'll witness the dramatic sight of eruptions from the island’s active volcano—an unforgettable experience from the sea.
Afterwards, we’ll return to Santa Marina Salina, ending this 10-hour adventure full of stunning landscapes and volcanic wonders.
Itinerary Changes
Planned stops may be affected by Lipari municipal ordinances in force on the day of the trip or by the captain's decisions if weather or sea conditions so require. Timetables may also be subject to change.
If the Red Zone is activated at Stromboli and disembarking is not allowed, the itinerary will be modified. In this case, we'll make a longer stop in the waters surrounding Panarea and then sail to Stromboli to see the islet of Strombolicchio and the famous Sciara del Fuoco from the sea, without disembarking.
Important
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before the boat departure time in order to check in. If this time is not respected, boarding cannot be guaranteed.
