At 9 am we'll pick you up at your hotel to start the tour. Did you know that Brazilian football was born in Sao Paulo? During this visit, we'll follow the steps of well-known players such as Roberto Carlos and Marcos Evangelista "Cafú", who passed through these locations before becoming world-famous sportsmen.
The first stop of the tour will be in front of the Cícero Pompeu Stadium in Toledo, also known as the Morumbi Stadium, which is the biggest in the city and the third biggest in Brazil! It can hold up to 80,000 people and represents one of the three local teams, Sao Paulo FC. Together with Corinthians and Palmeiras, these teams make up the Sao Paulo Iron Trio.
We'll tour the stadium inside and see the grass, the stands and the players' changing rooms, as well as the Trophy Room and the Athletes' Memorial.
Next, we'll go to the Football Museum, located in the Pacaembu Stadium, where the World Cup finals have been held. In the exhibition, we'll make a complete tour of the history of football in Brazil and its importance for the country's culture.
After having learned a lot of interesting facts about Brazilian football culture, the tour will end at 2 pm in your hotel.
