Day Trip Details
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Taghazout and head to the Souss-Massa National Park. For about an hour, we'll enjoy the changing landscapes of southern Morocco, where the ocher tones of the desert merge with the green of the oasis, a scenic route that is sure to captivate!
Our first stop before reaching the park is Tifnit Beach. Here we'll stop for about 15 minutes to admire this small fishing enclave, which stands out for its authentic atmosphere and unspoiled environment.
Then, we'll arrive at the Museum of the Souss-Massa National Park, an educational space where we'll learn about the endangered species that inhabit the area. We'll enjoy a 30-minute visit where we'll learn about local conservation and repopulation initiatives, an example of ecological commitment!
Next, we'll drive into the park, making brief stops to explore its ecosystems on foot. At each stop, we'll get out of the car to photograph the wildlife in their natural habitat: ostriches, damselflies and butterflies, and even antelopes and the curious Arabian oryx antelope. The presence of these species makes the park a true wildlife refuge, so keep your eyes peeled.
After having visited the main points of the park, we'll start our way back to Taghazout, arriving about 5 hours in total.
