La parte di escursione riservata al mar morto è stata molto breve. Giusto un’ora e mezza. Neanche il tempo di arrivare alla spiaggia per potersela godere che abbiamo dovuto risalire verso lo stazionamento degli autobus già asciugati. La mia ragazza ha dovuto viaggiare con i capelli umidi in autobus con area condizionata freddissima. La guida era molto preparata ma allo stesso tempo troppo rapida negli spostamenti tanto da doverle correre dietro per non essere lasciati indietro.

Comprende varias fases, 1era recogida en Tel Aviv, reorganización por grupos de excursión, breve parada para recoger al grupo de Jerusalén, aquí se puede tomar un café e ir al baño, 2da Masada, con una breve parada en una tienda de productos del mar muerto. Un tour excelente desde Tel Avid, para conocer la fortaleza de Massada y visitar el mar muerto. La única observación es que después de recoger a los pasajeros se hacen muchas paradas iniciales para baño y café, que podrían ser una sola y proceder directamente a Massada. O ônibus me pegou pontualmente no pick up point, num hotel próximo ao meu. Seguimos para Massada, onde o guia Martin tinha todas as informações na ponta da língua e tudo muito bem organizado. Seguimos para o Mar Morto e tivemos duas horas pra relaxar e tirar fotos. Já fi três passeios com essa empresa e não tive nenhuma surpresa ruim. Foi tudo perfeito. It was a nice trip to Masada where Hava, our guide, made a fantastic explanation, and to the Dead Sea. We stopped several times in the way to Masada, may some of them not necessary, but to stop in commercial places. From my point of view, we should have had more information when we arrived at the Dead Sea (use os the lockers, showers, the mud area in the beach and so son)

Muy puntual a la hora de pasarnos a buscar en Tel Aviv, en Jerusalén se demoró un poquito, nos tocó Martín, un chico muy ameno y que respondía todo. Primero MASADA, muy lindo paseo, con toda su historia, en el camino nos dice que Ahava avisó que no podía recibirnos..... ,luego nos llevó a un lugar a comer, (donde van todas las excursiones, muy desorganizado y caro para lo que te dan). La cosa más positiva de la excursión fue nuestro guía Uval que en todo momento estuvo muy atento y dando muy buenas explicaciones . La parte negativa es que el grupo era demasiado grande ya que era a la vez en inglés y español . Creo que se debería desdoblar y haber un grupo más pequeño y solo en español sería todo más ágil y fácil . Además debido a la gran cantidad de personas del grupo el bus tuvo que hacer grandes recorridos para recoger y luego llevar a cada uno de los clientes a su hotel Translate this opinion into English.

Fueron muy puntuales para recogernos y la excursión es muy interesante. Nuestra guía Silvia fue muy maja y atenta con nosotros. En Masada debido al gran numero de grupos visitantes fue un poco complicado poder explicar las cosas con calma pero estuvo muy bien. Y el baño en el mar muerto una experiencia ÚNICA. Te buscan en el hotel y te llevan a unos estacionamientos donde hay mucha gente y muchas furgonetas, y al bajar te indican el número de furgoneta que corresponde al tour contratado. El guía Enrique (argentino) muy bueno. El tiempo en todos los sitios es el correcto. Tour reducido: íbamos unas 15 personas.

El servicio de recojo es deficiente. Se debería indicar todo lo que necesario llevar a la visita, por ejemplo repelente. Eso es indispensablemente necesario. Las visitas a los lugares de compras deberían ser coordinadas con los pasajeros, algunos no queremos perder tanto tiempo en estos lugares. Recomendación : si el tour es en español, deberia ser, si es posible, con un nativ spraker.

De entrada un viaje larguísimo desde Tel Alviv, lo que se traduce en muy poco tiempo para las visitas. En Masada lo vimos todo deprisa sin tiempo ni para una fotografía, salvo que te quisieras arriesgar a la bronca de la guía. La visita al Mar Muerto fue de infarto, entras en el spa, te cambias de ropa a toda prisa, coges el trenecito que te acerca hasta el mar, ya que esta a unos 2 Km el agua, entras en el agua flotas y medio mojada vuelves corriendo al trenecito ...

Demasiado retraso desde la recogida a las 7:20 am en el hotel de Tel Aviv hasta que nos pusimos en carretera para después parar en Jerusalén también varias veces, pierdes casi 3h y media en el autobús hasta que llegas a la primera parada que es la tienda de cosméticos del mar muerto restando horas a la estancia en el propio mar muerto.

Nuestro guia Joel, espectacular nos brindó una buena información, muy dinámico y entretenido el tour, la verdad que volveremos a Israelmuy poco tiempo para conocer todo. El único detalle malo es que al volver no nos dejaron en el punto de recogida ( para el conductor era un fastidio) nos dejaron a 15 min, andando de nuestra punto de recogida, nosotros sin saber el hebreo ni inglés tuvimos que buscar internet para poder comunicarnos con un familiar. Decepción por esa parte. Gracias.
