Do you want to see how dreams become a reality? This visit to the Piedra Wineries will show you how one family's love of wine became a way of life, creating excellent quality wines that make all who taste them fall in love with them.
At the scheduled time we'll meet at the entrance to the Piedra Wineries, located in the outskirts of Toro, in the Guareña Valley. Once we're all together, we'll begin our visit which will reveal to us the secrets of the wines made here. Shall we?
First up, we'll explore the vineyards that date back to the year 1967 and are known as the largest and oldest vineyard plots in Toro. We'll also pass through the Bocarrage vineyard as we appreciate all the elements that go into making this terroir, such as the importance of the environment and the work that is carried out daily to ensure the grapes are of the highest quality.
Afterwards, we'll enter the winery itself to learn about the process of how the grapes become wine. Moreover, to make this moment even more special, we'll get to try some of the wine directly from the tanks.
To finish, we'll head to the tasting room and take part in a tasting of 3 different wines to appreciate the nuances of the distinct wines of the Piedra Wineries.
After 1.5 hours of an amazing experience in Toro, the tour will come to an end.
