We'll pick you up at your hotel at the scheduled time and head to the Martial Glacier Ski Center, where our extraordinary trekking adventure begins. Get ready to explore one of Ushuaia's key glaciers!
Our journey will take us through the Tourist Reserve en route to the Martial Glacier. Along the way, we'll share interesting facts about the landscapes we encounter. As we reach our destination, we'll provide you with all the essential equipment, and from there, we'll start our hike to the summit of the Martial Glacier.
During our trek, we'll skirt the former ski slope, traverse the Fuegian forests, and observe the river created by the glacier's meltwater. Along the path, we'll encounter rocky and icy terrain, but rest assured, our experienced guides will be there to help you navigate these challenges with ease.
Upon reaching the Martial viewpoint, we'll be treated to an awe-inspiring and truly rewarding sight: a breathtaking panoramic view of Ushuaia, the Beagle Channel, and Tierra del Fuego that will leave you in awe. With this mesmerizing view, we'll savor a nourishing lunch comprising a sandwich, dried fruits, nuts, and an alfajor, all accompanied by a warm tea to complete the experience.
With our energy replenished, we'll begin our descent towards the refuge. Once there, our minibus will transport you back to your Ushuaia hotel, concluding our 5-hour adventure.
