Day Trip Details
We'll pick you up at the designated time from your chosen location and head out towards Serra, where we'll get to know the main traditions of this town in the state of Espírito Santo.
First, we'll visit an artisan workshop where we'll learn how to make the traditional clay pots used to serve the moqueca capixaba. Did you know that this recipe is one of the most typical of the region? As we'll see, the pots are made using a traditional method that dates back more than 400 years.
Next, we'll head to Manguinhos Beach, the main beach of Serra. In this cove, you'll be able to capture beautiful panoramic views of the coastline of Espírito Santo, which is considered one of the most beautiful coastal states in Brazil!
After admiring the scenery of Manguinhos, we'll take you to a restaurant where you can try the classic moqueca capixaba on your own. This delicious traditional Brazilian fish stew, very typical of Serra, has its origins in Portuguese cuisine.
Finally, after lunch, we'll return to your hotel, arriving after a total of around 6 hours.
