If you're looking for a unique activity in Bayárcal, we've got it sorted! On our Palancón Stream Canyoning Activity, you'll spend a day surrounded by nature and have fun on the natural slides here.
At 3 pm, we'll meet at the recreational area of the Port of La Ragua, which is just 9 miles (15 kilometres) away from the centre of Bayárcal. We'll get kitted out in all the equipment we need to go canyoning in the Palancón Stream and then walk towards the starting point for our adventure.
We'll walk through the heart of the Sierra Nevada National Park until we get to the ravine of the Palancón Stream. When we get there, we'll explain the safety regulations that you'll need to follow during the activity. Then the fun part can begin!
During our activity, we'll make our way down the walls of the ravine while admiring the contrast of the rock's dark tone against the greenery of the mosses and ferns.
In addition, while canyoning we'll take refreshing dips in the small waterfalls found here. We'll also come across some fun natural slides, which make this spot like an exciting water park in the middle of a natural area.
Our activity will finish at 7 pm back at the starting point. See you next time!
