We'll meet up at the designated time in front of the Notre Dame church to kick off our private tour of Bergerac.
Starting with the facade of the 19th-century neo-Gothic temple, we'll venture into the historic center of Bergerac. The notable Church of St. Jacques stands out, and just behind it lies the Place Pelissière, home to the famous sculpture of Cyrano de Bergerac.
Curious about Cyrano's story and the truth behind his supposedly disproportionate nose? We'll find out as we walk with us along the rue de la Mirpe, one of the most beautiful streets in old Bergerac, adorned with typical half-timbered houses.
Our stroll leads to the Cloître des Recollets, a medieval cloister nestled in the heart of the historic center. Passing by the Tobacco Museum, we'll head to the banks of the Dordogne River to admire its many bridges.
After an engaging hour and a half, our private tour concludes as we return to the old town of Bergerac.
