Rafting Três Coroas
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Cambara do Sul to drive together by 4x4 to the municipality of Três Coroas for a day of tourism blended with sport, offering an excellent adventure!
During our car ride, approximately 1.5 hours, we'll discuss different fun facts about this region in Rio Grande do Sul. As we arrive at Três Coroas, we'll head to Paranhana River, the perfect launch point for our rafting portion of the day. We'll get geared up with all the necessary equipment, and after listening to a brief safety instruction from our guide we'll jump into the water.
Aboard our rafts, we'll flow down the Paranhana River, a total length of 8 kilometers (4.9 miles). As we sail, we'll face its current, pumping up our adrenaline with each paddle as we encounter rapids. After this enthralling aquatic adventure, we'll return to land, where you can enjoy lunch at any local restaurant nearby.
With our energy levels replenished, we'll jump back into the 4x4 to climb up to the Três Coroas mountain summit for the city's best views. Among the clouds we'll find the largest Tibetan Buddhist sanctuary in Latin America, Changdud Gonpa Temple, founded in 1995.
Finally, we'll bring you back to your hotel in Cambara do Sul, and our day to an end, 10 hours later.
