The Venancios, Passo do S, and Passo da Ilha waterfalls await you on this tour of the Camabará do Sul region of Brazil whose waterfalls will leave you speechless!
Highlights
At the scheduled time, you'll be collected from your hotel in Cambará do Sul, from which point we'll make our way in a 4x4 to the most important waterfalls in the region. It'll be an unforgettable tour!
After a journey of around 23 kilometres (14.2 miles), we'll make our first stop at the Venancios waterfall. There, we'll take a short walk of 400 metres (1312 feet) to enjoy the views of the spectacular landscapes of the waterfall and Camisas River, whose source lies in the Aparados de Serra National Park. During the tour, we'll take in the beauty of the natural woodlands, characterised by monkey puzzle trees and observe the fields of Cima de Serra.
The tour will continue as we head toward the Passo do S waterfall, named such due to the shape of the ledge over which the Tainhas river flows. Did you know that this point was used by the arrieros to cross from one bank to the other? We'll learn about its history as we admire the beauty of this area's captivating landscapes.
The tour will then bring us to the Passo da Ilha waterfall. Incredibly, this waterfall is located on a river island of the Tainhas River that can be crossed by car. If weather permits, we'll leave you 30 minutes of free time to go for a refreshing dip.
We'll conclude the tour back at your hotel in Cambará do Sul, where we'll arrive after 4-5 hours.
