At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Caxias do Sul and head to the Ana Rech neighbourhood, named after a woman who completely changed the history of immigration in the Brazilian city. Did you know that this town is also known as “a village charm”? It won't take you long to discover why!
On the way, we'll take a short tour of the university town of Caxias do Sul. Arriving in Ana Rech, our first stop will be at Paisagens do Tempo, a place that evokes nostalgia and connects generations. Here you can admire an incredible collection of antique toys, rag dolls, board games and various handicrafts. You'll also have the opportunity to buy typical colonial products of the region.
We'll continue to the Epopéia Imigrante exhibition, an exciting visual journey that tells the saga of immigration. Each painting tells stories full of effort and dreams that will take you back in time, and you'll be thrilled to learn about this important chapter of local history!
Next, we'll visit the Mini City of Cork, a curious model that perfectly represents a small town made of cork. Then, if the tour is on a weekday (Friday to Sunday), we'll head to Vila Dei Troni, one of the biggest tourist investments in Caxias do Sul. This village, still under construction, recreates an old 19th-century village and promises to be a historical and cultural landmark of the region.
To top it all off, we'll stop at a themed bar located at Rio do Vento Hidroponia. This emblematic place perfectly combines its unique atmosphere with a strawberry and blackberry farm. Here you will have an hour of free time to have a drink in the bar or to explore the surrounding area.
Finally, at the agreed time, we'll meet again and take you back to your hotel, where we'll say goodbye after about 6 hours of sightseeing.
