At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Caxias do Sul and head towards the charming garden city of Serra Gaucha, Nova Petrópolis.
The first stop on our tour of Nova Petrópolis will be a visit to a rosehip shop, an ideal place to start exploring the local traditions. Then, we'll head to Pedras do Silêncio Park, where we'll dive into the rich history of the German immigrants who made their mark on Brazilian culture. As we stroll through the park, we'll witness over 80 sculptures that represent the customs, traditions, and professions of these settlers.
The next stop will be at the Fábrica Uruguaya de Alfajores, where we'll learn about the making of this famous sweet. It's sure to open up your sweet tooth!
