We'll pick you up at your hotel in Caxias do Sul at 8:45 am and drive to Farroupilha, a town in the state of Rio Grande do Sul famous for its brewing and winemaking tradition.
First of all, we'll visit the Cave Antigua winery of the Tafarell family. There, we'll visit its facilities and museum to begin to soak up the wine culture of Farroupilha.
After a short drive, we'll arrive at the Blauth Bier craft brewery. Here we'll learn the story of this family whose legacy has marked the history of Farroupilha, from the construction of one of the first hotels in the state to the production of its craft beer. After the visit, we'll head to Amazém do Desvio to enjoy a tea tasting and picnic on your own.
Next, we'll visit the Chesini winery, where we'll learn about the so-called Holy Wine of the region. We'll have an experience of faith and reflection with the symbolic cleansing of hands and the sharing of bread and wine.
During the tour, we'll also stop for an hour so you can have lunch on your own and sample the gastronomy of Farroupilha.
Once the visits are over, we'll return to Caxias do Sul and drop you off at your hotel around 5 pm.
