Judaean Desert Offroad Tour
At the designated time, we'll meet up at the bus stop in front of the Abraham Jerusalem Hostel and set off on our adventure through the Judean desert.
After some brief introductions, we'll make our way to Mount Azazel, situated between Jerusalem and the Dead Sea, where you can marvel at the stunning cliffs. Our next stop is the Great Laura of St. Sabbas, a Greek Orthodox monastery carved into a mountain that offers breathtaking views of the Cidron Valley.
We'll then head to Nabi Musa, the shrine that houses the tomb of Moses according to Muslim tradition. Our offroad tour will continue with a visit to two viewpoints: Mitzpe Yerichó, overlooking Jericho, and St. George's Monastery. You'll get incredible pictures here!
Finally, we'll enter the Ein Prat Nature Reserve, where you can take a refreshing dip in the cool waters of the Prat River, the perfect way to end this exhilarating excursion!
Our offroad tour will end back at the starting point, the Abraham Jerusalem Hostel, approximately four hours after departure.
