On this beach tour, we'll visit the most beautiful beaches of La Serena and Coquimbo to enjoy the best of the coastal area of Chile's Norte Chico.
Would you like to spend a day at the beach? If so, we'll pick you up from your hotel at the indicated time and, with your swimming costume at the ready, we'll set off on an unforgettable coastal route from La Serena.
We'll drive along the long Avenida del Mar in La Serena. This road will give us some stunning panoramic views as we pass the Monumental Lighthouse and the modern hotel buildings.
Next, we'll reach Coquimbo along the Avenida Costanera and arrive at the stunning beach of La Herradura. There, we'll make our first stop to enjoy the Chilean Pacific while admiring the bay of La Herradura de Guayacán. Did you know that it's rumoured that treasure was buried by pirates somewhere on this beach?
Afterwards, we'll head towards Totoralillo Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. Once there, you'll witness its charm thanks to the intense turquoise and light blue tones of its waters. The small rocky hills give the landscape a very special touch. Don't forget your camera!
The next beach we'll visit is Guanaqueros. There, while you sunbathe and swim, you'll be able to see dozens of seabirds and even spot penguins in the distance.
To put the perfect finishing touch to the day, we'll make our last stop at a seaside restaurant in Tongoy. We'll take a seat and enjoy a delicious 3-course lunch before setting off on our return journey.
After a total of 7 hours, we'll say our goodbyes at your hotel.
