Discover the famous dunes on the south coast of Gran Canaria when you take this fantastic electric scooter tour of Maspalomas. This is an original, entertaining way to discover this beautiful nature reserve.
Our route begins on Avenida de Alemania where you will be given a brief presentation on how to drive the scooter safely. Then we put on our helmets and set off on the electric scooter route through Maspalomas. We will be using a high powered, 1,900-watt vehicle, which, most importantly, emits zero contaminating emissions. No special type of card is needed or previous experience is needed to enjoy the activity.
For approximately two hours, we take a route of around 12 miles through the best parts of the southern coast of Gran Canaria. Besides the majestic Maspalomas dunes, we will also see the 19th-century lighthouse, and cruise down the seafront promenades of the Playa del Inglés and Costa Meloneras beaches. Our course follows a bike lane which is also adapted for scooters and other similar types of pedestrian transport.
Halfway through our journey, we will make a stop at a local cafe to have a non-alcoholic drink and chat about our experience. Then, finally, we return to the original departure point.
Before starting the tour, all the participants must show a valid ID document, such as a national identity card, passport, or driving license.
