With this excursion to the Cruz Loma station of the Quito Cable Car (TelefériQo) we'll enjoy unparalleled views of the city, as well as connect with nature.

Cruz Loma + Cable Car Tour

At the designated time, we'll meet at the entrance to the Quito Cable Car to board the funicular that will take us to the Cruz Loma station, which sits at an impressive altitude of almost 4,000 m (13123,36 ft) located on the slopes of the Rucu Pichincha volcano.

From this point, we'll have exceptional views of the mountains and hills of the Pichinchas massif. Then, we'll go on a short walk toward the "swing in the clouds." This swing over the city of Quito makes for some very Instagram-worthy pictures! But it's not for the faint-hearted!

We'll also explore the Bear Cave, a curious cave surrounded by lush vegetation where you'll have free time to enjoy a tasty picnic-style lunch. If you have energy and are feeling adventurous, you can use part of the time to continue climbing to the summit of Rucu Pichincha.

Before returning to Quito, we'll also pass by stores in Cruz Loma, where you can purchase souvenirs and local crafts. Finally, we'll drop you off at the starting point after a total of 7 hours.
