Finos, olorosos, amontillados… On this visit to the Góngora wineries, just 30 minutes from downtown Seville, we’ll explore the grounds and enjoy a carefully selected wine tasting.
Tour Details
Located in Villanueva del Ariscal, a town just 30 minutes by car from downtown Seville, the renowned Góngora wineries have become a benchmark for wine tourism in the province.
At the scheduled time, we’ll begin the guided tour of the facilities by visiting the majestic brandy cellar, a true temple of wine where an audiovisual experience will immerse us in the history and mystery of this unique place.
We’ll then stroll through the other historic cellars on the estate. There, we’ll discover the art of the solera and criaderas system and see centuries-old oak barrels.
We’ll continue the tour by visiting the oldest part of the winery, which houses the historical sample archive. We’ll also learn about the different wine ranges and discover the legacy of the Góngora family, who’ve kept a deep-rooted winemaking tradition alive for more than 4 centuries.
After 1.5 hours of touring, we’ll end the visit to the Góngora wineries with a wine tasting.
