At the designated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Teresina and set off to the Sete Cidades National Park, one of the most important protected reserves of the northern region of Piauí.
After an approximately 2-hour journey, we'll reach this site where landscapes that will captivate you await. Upon arrival, we'll begin a walking route around Sete Cidades to discover the different types of ecosystems that it houses, among which the arid savanna and the seasonal forest stand out.
Throughout the park, we'll see ancient rock formations and learn about their secrets. Plus, we'll tell you about the park's fascinating fauna and flora, and we'll stop at the viewpoints, where you'll take in the spectacular views.
Has this walk made you hungry? No worries! We'll stop at a restaurant nearby so you can grab a bite to eat.
After lunch, we'll travel to Pedro II, a renowned town in the region of Serra dos Matões. Why is it named after one of the most important emperors of Brazil? You'll find out!
Once we arrive, we'll first visit the Morro do Gritador, a viewpoint over 984 feet (300 meters) tall. It's photo time! Afterward, we'll reach the historic center of Pedro II to see the Igreja Matriz de Nossa Senhora de Conceiçao and get lost among the colorful streets of the town.
Finally, we'll set off to Teresina and drop you off at your hotel 10 hours after pickup.
