Located at Torre Annunziata, the archaeological site of Oplontis is considered one of the main Roman villas in the region of Campania.
With your ticket to Villa Oplontis, also known as Villa Popea, you can explore this ancient residence from the Roman Imperial period at your own pace. The remains of this magnificent villa are part of the archaeological parks of Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Torre Annunziata, which have all been declared World Heritage Sites.
The ticket includes an audio guide in English so you can learn about the villa's history. The polychrome frescoes stand out, which will help you understand what society and daily life during the Roman Empire were like.
