At the indicated time, we'll meet at the port of Tropea to start this excursion to Stromboli. This day in the Aeolian Islands will be filled with beautiful landscapes, active volcanoes, and breathtaking beaches.
We'll sail through the crystal clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea until we reach our destination. Once there, you'll have 4 hours of free time to discover the island.
You can take the opportunity to taste the delicious local cuisine, stroll through the fishermen's quarter, or visit the viewpoint of Piazza San Vincenzo, where you'll fall in love with the view of the Strombolicchio islet! If you want, you can also go for a swim at the beach of Ficogrande, a bay with striking black sand.
Back on the boat, we'll start the return trip to Tropea. On the way back, a magnificent natural spectacle awaits us to close the excursion: lava gushing out of the hills of Stromboli! Did you know that there are currently three active craters in this volcano?
