Are you a wine enthusiast? If you're in Vitoria, this activity is perfect for you! At the designated time, we'll meet at the Mercado de Abastos in Vitoria to begin this exquisite wine tasting.
After meeting the group, we'll discover the secrets of the Eguren Ugarte winery, a family-owned winery in Laguardia that crafts Rioja Alavesa wines meticulously. You'll learn about the wine elaboration process that the winery follows, as well as the characteristics of the grapes used and the grape harvesting process.
Afterward, you'll learn step-by-step how to taste wine. You'll become a real expert! Of course, we won't only stick to the theory—you'll take part in a complete wine tasting of four different wines from the Eguren Ugarte winery. Plus, these fine wines will be accompanied by a cheese board or an Iberian cured meats charcuterie board.
Finally, after 3.5 hours of enjoying this oenology experience in the Mercado de Abastos, we'll say our goodbyes and conclude the tasting.
