Built between 1239 and 1250 at the behest of Frederick II of Swabia, the imposing castle was the residence of the Aragonese rulers, including Frederick III. After discovering the history of the castle, we'll walk along Via Autieri and the ancient Roman baths to reach the fish market, the beating heart of the city.
